I'm hoping to get some support.
I feel like I'm in a very large hole and am unable to get out, the more I struggle to get out the more the dirt falls on my face, at the moment I can still see some light but its fading and I don't know how Im going to get out or whether its best to just give up and let fate take over.
So any ideas.
Can anyone help me o find a way out.

we all have times that make us feel like life is much more of an uphill battle than it normally is but never fear soon you will be freewheeling down the side of this mountain you are climbing and will be loving every second of it

Hi
Two things sometimes work for me
1. Art. Buy some Acrylics a few brushes and a small canvas.
I just use three colours - a blue a yellow and a red. Mixing these with each other produces any other colour which can be lightened/darkened with black or white. Once you get into it it takes your mind off thinking about things like holes! Some people write poetry and achieve the same effect.
2. If all else fails I just laugh at myself (and often at the odd things I have created)
Hope you do find a way out. If you do can you let us all know what it is!-

Its a good idea.
I love being creative and can knit, sew, crochet paint etc but at the moment RA is too bad.
I might have a go at poetry tho, I used to write lots when I was younger but all very rude, might get banned lol

Hi Emma - Im just scaling this hole myself having felt like this for a few weeks. Its a very lonely frightening place to be isnt it? . I am a mum of teenagers and work with autistic children. I have just started a blog to try and help me sort out my thoughts. I am also going to try art. Also I have just started CBT - if its helpful I'll let you know. You are not alone.

Thank you for talking and I hope we can support each other and maybe build a ladder out of this hole. I would like to add you as a friend so drop me a line.

Hi Emma I know where you are coming from been there and am in and out of a lot as of late. I know there will be alot of help here and support sweetie. I havent got a lot of suggestions as I am in hole and am throwing a rope out too. Hugs

Hi Emma , and thanks very much for your kind blog-friends invite .
I don't know enough to be able to offer any practical advice , but , sad to know that you are feeling so dejected and so grotty - If you've felt like this before and it's passed then it'll pass again , and in the meantime , try not to give up , and to do something that'll take your mind off it if you can , and I'm sure you'll find plenty of supportive blog-friends here , who know what it's like to feel so awful ,
Martin -x- .
